• Owners
  ExpoLease selects suitable tenants for your rental property, in accordance with your specified requirements. This is done free of charge to the owner.
• Free house submissions:
  Rental property can be submitted free of charge on our web site (see page House Submission), after which an intake visit will be planned to inspect the property and discuss rental conditions. Finding suitable tenants matching your specified requirements is of foremost importance for mutual success.
• Tenants
  By means of your requirements, Expolease finds you a suitable place to rent. Initial visits are free.
• Free rental candidate registration:
  If you're looking for a room or apartment to rent, registration is free on our web site. After which ExpoLease will try to find you a suitable place matching your requirements. (see rental registration). Calling us works a lot faster. Your data will be treated confidentially.

Conditions:
For each successful rental contract we charge the following expenses (payable upfront by tenant)

• 1 month rent 
• 1 month's rent security deposit
• a one time agent commission fee equal to 1 month's rent.   

Tenant's monthly net income should equal at least twice the rental amount.
